Northern Properties are a family-owned business which was formed in 2007 with the aim of providing very high quality private and professional accommodation in the North East, along with our fantastic portfolio of superior student accommodation in ‘hand-picked’ locations skirting the Teesside University campus.
Having many years of experience within our team in the Teesside student market, we can confidently say, our properties, the locations they are situated in, and even more importantly, the service we offer our students is amongst the best available in the Teesside student market.
Many students stay with us year after year for the full duration of their studies, something we are very proud of!

Our portfolio of properties range in size from 1-bedroom En-suite bedrooms to a large 10 bedroom luxury en-suite student house. Any properties we purchase, no matter what size or condition, are always subject to a complete re-development and refurbishment program. This ensures that we consistently bring to the market a very high standard of accommodation where we know everything has been done right – first time, thus minimizing call outs for repairs and inconveniencing our students.
